NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 21st Annual General Meeting of Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries
Corporation PLC will be held on Wednesday, 31st May, 2023 at 09:30 hrs to transact the following business:
1. To consider and adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 24th May, 2022 at 09:30
hrs.
2. Matters Arising From the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting that was held on Tuesday, 24th May 2022.
3. To receive and adopt the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December,
2022 together with the Report thereon of the Auditors.
4. To consider and adopt the recommendation for the re-appointment of the Auditors of the Company and to
authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
5. To transact any other business that may properly be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
