Strategic Plan

The 2020-2024 Strategic Plan has been developed to build on the successes and achievements of the Corporation during the implementation of the Corporation’s 2014-2018 Strategic Plan.

This five-year Plan maps out and communicates the aspirational goals of the Corporation to its stakeholders in line with its new Vision of “A leading supplier of quality Forest and Agroforestry products in the region,” The Plan gives us the sense of purpose and will, thus, guide in ensuring that resources and energies of the Corporation’s personnel are channelled towards the realisation of our common aspirational goals in a manner that best serves the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders. The Corporation has drawn lessons from the implementation of the 2014–2018 Strategic Plan.

These lessons learnt have enabled the Corporation to revise and develop this Plan to help determine our collective destination as a Corporation in the next five years.
