Veronica is an experienced Human Resource Practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Demography and Economics from the University of Zambia and a Master of Science Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource from the University of Rhode Island, USA. She is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. She has over 15 years of work experience as a Human Resource Practitioner. Prior to joining ZAFFICO, she worked as Human Resources Manager for Seed-Co Zambia International Limited, Senior Human Resources Manager for Airtel Networks Zambia PLC, Country Head Human Resources for Ecobank Zambia Limited and Human Resources Director for G4S Secure Solutions (Zambia)
