Mulawo is a lawyer with over 9 years’ experience of practice. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and an advocate of the High Court for Zambia. He has previously served as Corporation Secretary and Legal Counsel for Zambia Postal Services Corporation (ZAMPOST) and Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (ZAMTEL), respectively.
